Cathrine Lippert Special adviser at the Agency for Digitisation, Ministry of Finance

Cathrine Lippert heads the Danish programme on Open Gov and Gov 2.0 and is in charge of the national open data initiative 'Open Data Innovation Strategy' ('Offentlige Data I Spil'). She also serves in the secretariat for the Danish government's Growth Team for ICT and Digital Growth.

She is running the Danish Open Data initiative (Open Data Innovation Strategy / Offentlige Data I Spil) which aims to make government data available as a resource for digital innovation. Laying the foundations for SmartGrid/SmartTransport/SmartHealth and Internet of Things innovation in Denmark, promoting Digital Welfare solutions, or working to support the vision of ‘Denmark as a Cloud Nation.’ She enjoys analysing emerging trends, developing and communicating a vision, devising a strategy, building communities, facilitating collaboration, and developing public policy.

Having more then ten years of experience in digital strategy, innovation, PR, communications and community building in IT & Telecom, the energy industry, public policy making, music and entertainment, and community and non-profit, Cathrine Lippert is a seasoned strategist and facilitator and a confident and persuasive communicator with strong strategic and tactical PR skills.
