Juhani Juselius is the Head of the Products and Services at Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA) and he is responsible for .FI ccTLD, telephone network numbering and undelivered mail service center. Juhani has been registry manager for .FI since 2004 being responsible not only for technical and operational services but also for dispute resolution service.
In addition to ccTLD operations Juhani has gained experience from new gTLD operations and from different product management positions at TeliaSonera.
Juhani has been active in voluntary work including board seats at the Council of European National Top Level Domain Registries (CENTR) and at the Helsinki IT Association (HETKY), council membership at the Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO) Council, Nominating Committee memberships at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and at the Finnish Information Processing Association (TIVIA).
Juhani holds M.Sc. in Engineering but he has studied Business Administration as well.
