The local domain name market Läs mer

The shape and form of the domain name market is changing on a global scale with new top-level domain names launching every week. But, how does this affect the local domain name market?

To get insight into this ever-changing topic we have invited the Nordic country code top-level domain names to join us on stage and discuss what they see happening as a result of the developing market.

We close the subject on a lighter note delivered from a registrar operating primarily in a market where these is both a country code top level domain name and a new top level domain name that have the local community as their primary market.

Communication between registry and registrar (part 1) Läs mer

With old definitions up in the air, new top level domain names popping up in every street corner and a global market in flux, most, if not all, parts that make up the domain name market need to change, or rather evolve. How do these parts, the registries and the registrars, change and how does that effect how they communicate and work together?

In this mixed technical and marketing session the audience will get to listen to a developer of registrar systems tell how they cope the changes in the domain name market and how they communication between registry and registrar is effect from their point of view.

To really get into the subject of registry registrar communications we will then invite registrars, registries, country code top level domain names and new top level domain names to the stage to discuss how their relationship to each other is changing and how we should work together in the future.
